Technical requirements - Technical configuration

The MICROTIS website is optimised for use with the Internet Explorer browser (version 4.01 or higher) and with a screen resolution of 800×600 or higher.

The PDF format

All the documents that can be downloaded from the Client Area are in PDF format. To view them, you must have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can download this software free of charge from our website, in the Customer Area.

Downloading documents

Before downloading each document, a window is displayed: this window shows the title of the document as well as a possible description, the date of publication, the size of the file (in Kb). To download the document, simply double-click on the Acrobat icon. The document will then open in a new window.

Access management and confidentiality

When ordering the support contract, the customer receives a userid and a password which are strictly personal. These are used to access the Customer Area of the site, to manage the user access profiles and/or the topics of the mailing list that the customer wishes to be kept informed of. The management of the subjects desired in the mailing list as well as the management of the access profiles is the sole responsibility of the customer. MICROTIS is in no way responsible for the lack of confidentiality and its possible consequences in the distribution of the customer's userid and password to the company's employees. If the userid and password are lost and/or forgotten, an automatic reminder procedure is provided at the start of the site, with the delivery of certain key data.
