Is MyGesper scalable ?

MyGesper is a portal that allows you to display information managed in the Gesper modules. MyGesper can therefore evolve according to the addition of modules but also according to the rights that are assigned to users. Numerous functions for decentralising HR tasks are available within this portal.

Can documents be shared ?

MyGesper allows you to share documents from the internal document library: internal regulations, quality procedures, etc. and from the personal document management of employees: employment contracts, certificates, pay slips, various documents, etc.

Is MyGesper accessible everywhere and by what means ?

This depends on the type of installation and the security rules in force in the company, but MyGesper can be accessible to all employees from a cloud, for example. In this case, the employee will be able to apply for leave, consult his balance or pay slip and validate leave requests if he is a manager. MyGesper can also be used on a tablet or a smartphone.

Is it possible to transfer documents ?

MyGesper allows you to transfer to the HR department documents that may be linked to a request to modify personal data or to enter an absence: sickness certificate, extraordinary leave, etc.
