Meal vouchers natively integrated to Gesper Salaires

Microtis automates a key element of HR policy in Luxembourg: the native integration of meal voucher calculation and ordering directly within its payroll software, Gesper Salaires.

Meal vouchers: a structural employee benefit

According to a study conducted by UP Luxembourg in 2025, 80% of employees who do not currently receive meal vouchers say they would be interested in the scheme, while 90% of beneficiaries consider them a significant supplement to their income.

While their digitalisation has been mandatory since 2025, their management remains fragmented in many organisations: payroll calculations, manual exports, separate orders to providers and multiple control steps.

This operational fragmentation generates complexity and increases the risk of errors.

Integrating benefits at the heart of payroll

This is precisely the fragmentation that Microtis aims to eliminate.

Meal voucher management is now natively integrated into the payroll software Gesper Salaires. Entitlements are calculated automatically based on payroll data, the amounts are incorporated into the monthly payroll process, orders are transmitted directly to the provider from the interface, and all flows remain traceable and consistent.

The objective goes beyond simple administrative time savings.

By integrating fringe benefits directly into the payroll cycle, the Luxembourg-based publisher aims to strengthen data consistency, traceability and budget reliability. In an environment where HR functions are increasingly expected to rely on data-driven decision-making, such integration becomes a structural choice.

Towards a more coherent HR ecosystem

Automated ordering is already available with Pluxee Luxembourg, Ezlunch (ex Joybiiz Ezixio) and UP Luxembourg. Other providers active on the Luxembourg market will progressively be integrated.

The ambition is clear: to give companies the freedom to choose their provider without increasing organisational complexity.

Beyond this functionality, Microtis continues to pursue a broader strategy to develop an integrated HR ecosystem around the Gesper suite. Rather than multiplying interfaces and third-party tools, the company prioritises native integration of key functionalities within its core software platform.
